As much as I love coffee, I love a good story even more.

The Green Line has always been a steady part of my journalism career.

I joined in 2021 as a social media coordinator, and then in 2023, I served as a community producer and associate producer through our partnership with Toronto CityNews, helping bridge our reporting to new audiences.

Now, I step into the role of Associate Editor and Local Journalism Initiative Reporter, focusing my reporting on Mount Dennis and Weston.

Local Journalism Initiative provides news organizations with funding to hire reporters and supports civic journalism by covering the diverse needs of communities across Canada.

I’ll get to share Weston and Mount Dennis’ solutions to systemic issues.
