Skip the main Eaton Centre washrooms for this private option in the mall

Are you tired of waiting in long lines just to enter a bathroom that’s been used by thousands of people every day? Me too.

You would think that the CF Toronto Eaton Centre would have more options than the nine washrooms and two family washroom options in its massive building, but no.

That’s why, instead of going to the main washrooms on each floor, you should go to the third floor at Simons and use the washrooms near its customer service counter instead!

Yes, there will still be people, but not nearly as many as in the other washrooms.

Plus, Simons has a big family changing station available.

Simons can be accessed pretty close to TMU Station, the 505 streetcar and the 97 bus stop. 

Here’s how to get there depending on where you’re entering from:

If you’re entering from the Dundas Street West entrance,  head past H&M and Uniqlo to enter Simons.

If you’re entering from the south side next to TTC’s Queen station, head north to Dundas Street West.

Once you’re in Simons, head up the escalators or elevator to the third floor. Then, go past customer service, and you’ll see the restrooms and changing area. 

So next time you need to go, instead of using the main washrooms, head upstairs to get a slightly cleaner, quieter washroom in Simons.
