Whether you’re looking for a home-cooked dinner or an intense session of Overcooked, feeling crafty or musically-inclined, we’ve got the list for you!

Get your farm on: Are you a Flemingdon Park resident or live near Flemo Farm and looking to develop your green thumb? Then make sure to sign up for Weaving Sovereignty, a biweekly program to learn the ins and outs of land stewardship. Applications close April 10 (tonight!), so fill yours out ASAP.
Multiplayer chaos: Join Hey House in the Junction for a night of co-op games! From Overcooked to Streetfighter, the night of April 12 (this Sunday!) will be spent cycling through various games to give everyone a chance to play and stir their own chaos. Regular tickets are a little over $11, but if you bring a friend, then you can save with their two-for-one deal!
Cozy cuisine: Looking for a comforting home-cooked meal, without having to lift a finger? Hey House is hosting their Friday Dinner Club on April 17, where, for $15 a ticket (or free if you bring some food), you can enjoy a potluck-style meal at their location in the Junction.
Decompression sessions: Looking for alternative ways to relax and get in your body? Tender Again has your back, with their fifth installment this April 18. Catered to frontline workers, unhoused, low-income Black and Indigenous folks, it’s a series providing folks with PWYC drop-in bodywork sessions ranging from acupuncture to reiki. Arrive early to book a 30-60 minute session to get out of your head and into your body.
Swap that zine: Got some zines you’ve been meaning to share? Or ones you’ve bought that have been collecting dust on your shelves? Then head down to Tangled Arts Studio on April 18th for a zine swap! Hosted by Pree Rahal for their ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ (Naal-Naal) exhibition, enjoy a low-effort hangout while spreading some zine cheer. Note that Tangled is a masked space, so come wearing your own or use ones provided by the gallery.
And for all the music lovers out there, mark your calendars for April 18, a.k.a Record Store Day! If you’re an avid collector or itching to get your first vinyl, make sure to check out what your local record store has planned. Places like Sonic Boom and Standard Time will be going all out, so keep your eyes peeled on their socials.
