Mabelle Arts brings together creatives and community members to form a sustainable, interdependent charity serving Etobians with curated, accessible arts programming. This role will help the managing director and program staff oversee the charity’s financial, human resources and technology administration. Supporting sex workers

Work for one of Canada’s oldest sex worker justice initiatives as a full-time case worker. Non-profit Maggie’s has advocated for the livelihoods of sex workers in Toronto and beyond since 1985 through curated programming, street outreach, advocacy services and more. The case manager position is a full-time, unionized role working 35 hours per week at $28.09 per hour. This hybrid role is perfect for those with a lived experience of sex work and a couple of years working in case management or similar fields to aid sex workers in navigating housing, legal systems, harm reduction and more. Marketing to music lovers

Toronto-based Egyptian producer Shen’s Off The Record Games Inc. — card game turned community radio show and event series — is looking for music-loving creatives to join their team. For all the graphic designers, event coordinators, video editors and gutsy folks willing to interview strangers on the street, join in establishing Off The Record’s online presence through fun, curated music-centric reels. Pay depends on the position: street interviewer is $25 to $35 per hour, event coordinator is $30 to $40 per hour, $40 per video edited and $100-150 per flyer. Join non-profit Reel Canada in bringing Canadian cinema to viewers across the country as an assistant communications manager. If you have over five years in marketing with enviable writing, organizing and scheduling skills, this full-time, hybrid role might be the perfect fit. The salary range is between $50,000 and $60,000 depending on experience, with paid time off and extended holiday vacations. Keep in mind that new hires will work four days at their College Street and Bathurst Street office for their first month, then transition to two days in-office.
