Brought to you by Culture Work Canada, you can help OYA empower Black creatives in the film and entertainment field by joining as an assistant in administration or event programming. Both positions pay $25 per hour, are in person at their Leslieville office and last for 15 weeks. Applications close on Sept. 11, so get your application in stat!

STOCKING THE SHELVES

This role will work two shifts every Thursday and Saturday and pays $19.66 to $19.94 per hour. If you’re looking for a gig with less than 10 hours weekly, apply before the deadline on Sept. 14.

SUPPORT INDIGENOUS WELLNESS

Indigenous-led service organization Finding Our Power is looking for a part-time, hybrid intake/outreach worker. If you’d like to help the organization end preventable suicide and support the wellness of Indigenous folks across Turtle Island, this role will work directly to help Indigenous youth access culturally relevant mental health resources. This contract role works 16 to 20 hours a week and pays $24-26 per hour. If this role interests you, apply ASAP as the role will remain open until filled.

Toronto Wildlife Centre is looking for an administrative assistant to support its goal of rehabilitating sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife in the Greater Toronto Area. If you want to put your admin and HR skills to good use by supporting the charity’s operations, this might be the job for you. The administrative assistant will be paid $19 to $22 per hour at the Downsview Park location and must be comfortable moving/commuting to their future location at Rouge National Urban Park.
