Why do so Many Pedestrian Deaths Happen in Scarborough?
Out of 25 pedestrian deaths in Toronto so far this year, over 40 per cent happened in Scarborough or on its borders, according to the @cityofto. That’s a considerable number, especially since the suburb makes up less than a quarter of Toronto’s total population.
