New therapy platform aims to bridge gap between faith and mental health support for Muslim community

What if you could incorporate your faith into your mental health care? 🕌🧠

That’s what Omar Khan is working to achieve with his meditation app, Ruh, which combines psychological concepts with Islamic values.

“We’ve actually found that there’s a whole segment of people that exclude themselves from the benefits of mindfulness because they associate being mindful with their faith, and they didn’t find something that had the two,” Khan explains.
