Did you know that you don't need to move out immediately when you get eviction notice?  

Receiving an eviction notice can be devastating. But don't fret, it's usually only the first step in the process. It is important to understand what happens next so you can use all tools available to fight an eviction order at the Landlord and Tenant Board.
