How to navigate renting around the Eglinton Crosstown

We asked advocates and community members who live near the LRT how tenants near transit can protect themselves from rent increases and evictions. We also put together a map of rental prices for apartments within walking distance of the new line.
Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 6 p.m. at CSI - Annex for a dinner and Story Circles to talk about rent prices and eviction risks near transit hubs. We'll hear from Bruno Dobrusin from the York South-Weston Tenant Union, as well as resource tables featuring the Federation of Metro Tenants' Associations (FMTA) and the Little Jamaica Community Land Trust.
To come.
